Florida High School Basketball - Eastside succumbs to Providence
December 10, 2011: Gainesville, FL 32641 The Providence Stallions topped the host Eastside Rams basketball team by a final score of 42-31 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Stallions face the Eagle's View Warriors (Jacksonville, FL) in a 3A District 2 game, on Friday, December 16. Providence will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record.
With the defeat, Eastside moves to 2-1 on the year. The Rams host Palatka (Palatka, FL) to face the Panthers in a 5A District 6 game on Tuesday, December 13. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 2-4.
