Texas High School Football - MacArthur overwhelms Bell
October 26, 2012: Hurst, TX 76054 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the MacArthur Cardinals (Irving, TX) and the host Bell Raiders (Hurst, TX), observed MacArthur's football squad bounce Bell by a tally of 46-7.
The Cardinals now have a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grapevine for a 5A Region I District 6 match on Thursday, November 1. MacArthur will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 49-15 league loss to Trinity (Euless, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-6.
The Raiders (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Nimitz (Irving, TX). The Vikings enter the 5A Region I District 6 match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, Nimitz was crushed by Heritage (Colleyville, TX), 49-7, in a league match.
