The Cardinals (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Dutchtown (Hampton, GA). The Bulldogs come into the 4-AAAA challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Dutchtown trounced Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA), 13-0, in a league challenge.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Northside for a 1-AAAAA challenge on Friday, September 18. Valdosta will meet a Eagles team coming off a 21-12 non-league win over Carver (Columbus, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.
