California High School Football - Granada knocked off by Monte Vista

October 12, 2018: Danville, CA 94526

Monte Vista Mustangs (Danville, CA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA), 27-7 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Monte Vista improves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Foothill (Pleasanton, CA) to battle the Falcons in a East Bay - Mountain test on Friday, October 19. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 2-6. Foothill lost 84-0 in their recent league test against De La Salle (Concord, CA)

With the loss, Granada drops to 6-2 on the campaign. The Matadors host Dougherty Valley (San Ramon, CA) to battle the Wildcats in a East Bay - Valley test on Friday, October 19. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 4-4. Dougherty Valley lost 34-7 in their recent league test against Livermore (Livermore, CA)
