In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Wise Pumas basketball team scored a good 66-54 triumph over the High Point Eagles.

In their next game, the Pumas face the Laurel Spartans (Laurel, MD) in a Prince George's County 4A match, on Friday, December 22. Wise will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 3-2 record after their 75-57 league loss to Eleanor Roosevelt (Greenbelt, MD).
