California High School Softball - Ceres bounces Pacheco
April 24, 2013: Los Banos, CA 93635 The crowd at Wednesday's league match between the Ceres Bulldogs (Ceres, CA) and the host Pacheco Panthers (Los Banos, CA), saw Ceres's softball squad achieve victory over Pacheco by a count of 16-0.
The Bulldogs now sport a 15-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Patterson for a Western match on Friday, April 26. Ceres will face a Tigers squad coming off a 13-3 league loss to Los Banos (Los Banos, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 8-13.
With the loss, Pacheco falls to 8-15 on the campaign. The Panthers host Livingston (Livingston, CA) to face the Wolves in a Western match on Friday, April 26. The Wolves come into the test with a record of 5-13.

DONALDSON THROWS NO-HITTER AS TEH CERES BULLDOGS DEFEAT PACHECO HS 16-0
Kaytlin Donaldson was great on Wednesday, throwing a no-hitter in the Ceres Bulldogs' victory over Pacheco HS.
No Pacheco batter was able to locate Donaldson's pitches during the game. Donaldson struck out six batters and walked two while recording her momentous feat. She got Alexis V to strike out for the final out of the game.
Mackenzie Veuve racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Ceres Bulldogs. She singled in the first and fourth innings.
The Ceres Bulldogs didn't relinquish the lead after scoring two runs in the first inning when they scored on a two-run single by Donaldson.
The Ceres Bulldogs added two more runs in the top of the second. Nicole Bates started the inning with a single, bringing home Donaldson.
