In Friday's league match, the host Redwater Dragons football squad scored a big 49-12 victory over the Rivercrest Rebels.

In their next game, the Dragons clash with the De Kalb Bears (De Kalb, TX) in a 2A Region II District 12 match, on Friday, October 30. Redwater will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Bears enter the match with a 0-8 record after their 47-6 league loss to Pewitt (Omaha, TX).
