Virginia High School Basketball - Seton crushes Brentsville District
December 8, 2014: Manassas, VA 20110 Seton (Manassas, VA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Brentsville District Tigers (Nokesville, VA), 62-40 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Seton upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The host Oakcrest (McLean, VA) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 11. The Chargers come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Tigers play the Monroe Yellow Jackets (Fredericksburg, VA) in a 3A Conference 27 bout, on Tuesday, December 9. Brentsville District will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 83-74 league loss to Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA).
