In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Phillip O. Berry Academy of Technology Cardinal basketball team scored a good 75-63 triumph over the East Gaston Warriors.

In their next game, the Cardinal confront the Garinger Wildcats (Charlotte, NC) in a 4A/3A MEGA 7 match, on Tuesday, December 13. Phillip O. Berry Academy of Technology will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 0-3 record after their 73-62 league loss to Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC).
