Virginia High School Softball - Kenston Forest bounces Richmond Christian
March 15, 2012: Chesterfield, VA 23832 Kenston Forest Kavaliers (Blackstone, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Richmond Christian (Chesterfield, VA), 15-1 in a league challenge.
The Kavaliers now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Southampton Academy for a VISBA Division 3 challenge on Tuesday, March 20. Kenston Forest will battle a Raiders squad coming off a 6-4 league win over Fuqua (Farmville, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Richmond Christian falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The host Portsmouth Christian (Portsmouth, VA) to battle the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 19. The Patriots enter the challenge with a record of 0-3. Portsmouth Christian lost 15-0 in their recent league challenge against Isle of Wight Academy (Isle of Wight, VA)
