Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Bear River Bears (Garland, UT) and the visiting Morgan Trojans (Morgan, UT), saw Bear River's basketball squad hold off Morgan by a tally of 49-48.

With the victory, Bear River improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Bears host Logan (Logan, UT) to confront the Grizzlies in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 3. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
