Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Trinity can't hold off Milton Hershey
January 10, 2017: Hershey, PA 17033 The Milton Hershey Spartans basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Trinity Shamrocks to 71 in the Spartans league triumph on Tuesday.
The Spartans now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Perry for a Mid-Penn - Capital contest on Friday, January 13. Milton Hershey will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 61-35 league loss to Middletown (Middletown, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-7.
The Shamrocks (10-1) will now prepare for their contest against Steelton-Highspire (Steelton, PA). The Steamrollers enter the Mid-Penn - Capital contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Steelton-Highspire nudged William Penn (York, PA), 56-51, in a non-league contest.
