Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Western Branch Bruins (Chesapeake, VA) and the visiting Indian River Braves (Chesapeake, VA), saw Western Branch's basketball squad trounce Indian River by a count of 63-42.

With the victory, Western Branch upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Bruins host Highland Springs (Highland Springs, VA) to play the Springers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 1. The Springers come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
