California High School Basketball - Contreras falls to Roybal
January 15, 2010: Los Angeles, CA 90026 The Roybal Titans basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Contreras Cobras to 38 in the Titans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Titans now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Los Angeles for a Central contest on Wednesday, January 20. Roybal will face a Romans team coming off a 104-58 league loss to West Adams Prep (Los Angeles, CA). The Romans record now stands at 1-4.
With the defeat, Contreras moves to 1-14 on the year. The Cobras host Bravo (Los Angeles, CA) to face the Knights in a Southern game on Wednesday, January 20. The Knights enter the game with a record of 9-5.
