California High School Lacrosse - Downey drops to St. John Bosco
April 27, 2018: Downey, CA 90241 St. John Bosco Braves (Bellflower, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Downey Vikings (Downey, CA), 25-3 in a non-league battle.
The Braves now have a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Culver City for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 3. St. John Bosco will clash with a Centaurs squad coming off a 8-7 non-league win over El Segundo (El Segundo, CA). The Centaurs record now stands at 9-6.
In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Damien Spartans (La Verne, CA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 4. Downey will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Spartans come into the battle with a 10-5 record after their 14-4 non-league win over King (Riverside, CA).
