The Lincoln Prep Panthers basketball team scored 76 points and held the visiting Ringgold Redskins to 61 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Plain Dealing for a 1A District 1 contest on Friday, January 12. Lincoln Prep will battle a Lions team coming off a 53-51 league win over Haynesville (Haynesville, LA). The Lions record now stands at 8-11.

The Redskins (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against Jonesboro-Hodge (Jonesboro, LA). The Tigers enter the 1A District 1 contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Jonesboro-Hodge ran past Arcadia (Arcadia, LA), 65-63, in a league contest.
