October 5, 2012: Apple Valley, MN 55124 The Eastview Lightning held off the host Apple Valley Eagles football team by a count of 29-26 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Eastview upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Lightning travel to Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN) to face the Lakers in a South Suburban bout on Friday, October 12. The Lakers enter the bout with a record of 5-1. Prior Lake won 48-6 in their recent league bout against Kennedy (Bloomington, MN)
The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Burnsville (Burnsville, MN). The Blaze enter the South Suburban bout with a 3-3 record. In their last bout, Burnsville was nudged by Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN), 28-7, in a league bout.
