In Tuesday's league outing, the Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC) basketball squad beat the visiting East Davidson Golden Eagles (Thomasville, NC), by a margin of 83-69.

The Hornets (12-2) will now prepare for their outing against Lexington (Lexington, NC). The Yellowjackets go into the Central Carolina 2A outing with a 9-4 record. In their last outing, Lexington was topped by North Rowan (Spencer, NC), 57-44, in a league outing.
