Connecticut High School Basketball - Windsor overwhelms East Hartford
February 9, 2011: Windsor, CT 06095 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Windsor Warriors (Windsor, CT) and the visiting East Hartford Hornets (East Hartford, CT), saw Windsor's basketball squad trounce East Hartford by a score of 94-63.
With the victory, Windsor improves its record to 15-1 on the campaign. The Warriors host Weaver (Hartford, CT) to battle the Beavers in a Central Connecticut - North challenge on Wednesday, February 9. The Beavers come into the challenge with a record of 11-2. Weaver won 98-46 in their recent league challenge against South Windsor (South Windsor, CT)
Next up, the Hornets battle the Glastonbury Tomahawks (Glastonbury, CT) in a Central Connecticut - North challenge, on Thursday, February 10. East Hartford will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Tomahawks come into the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 84-80 league loss to East Catholic (Manchester, CT).
