Ohio High School Basketball - Ursuline over Washington
January 7, 2011: Youngstown, OH 44505 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Ursuline Fighting Irish (Youngstown, OH) and the visiting Washington Tigers (Massillon, OH), saw Ursuline's basketball squad knock off Washington by a score of 75-67.
With the victory, Ursuline improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Fighting Irish travel to Bedford (Bedford, OH) to battle the Bearcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 11. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-7.
Next up, the Tigers battle the Lorain Titans (Lorain, OH) in a Freelance challenge, on Saturday, January 8. Washington will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 73-71 non-league win over Shaw (East Cleveland, OH).
