The Scarlets (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Southeast Polk (Pleasant Hill, IA). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Southeast Polk was knocked off by Johnston (Johnston, IA), 20-17, in a non-league challenge.
The Railsplitters now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Ottumwa for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 9. Lincoln will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 21-3 non-league loss to Indianola (Indianola, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.
