Game Summary
Highland Park started very strong and placed in two goals very early in the first half. The game seemed fairly even as Washburn Rural returned with two goals to tie things up.
Midway through the first half, the always strong WR team put in the game winner. For the rest of the game WR controlled much of the match and cruised to a 7-2 victory. The second half only saw one goal as HP rested a little more on the defensive side and did not create many offensive threats.
