Georgia High School Soccer - Griffin overwhelmed by Starr's Mill
March 12, 2018: Fayetteville, GA 30215 The crowd at Monday's league test between the Starr's Mill Panthers (Fayetteville, GA) and the visiting Griffin Bears (Griffin, GA), saw Starr's Mill's soccer squad triumph over Griffin by a margin of 10-0.
The Panthers now sport a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Morrow for a 3-AAAAA test on Friday, March 16. Starr's Mill will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Griffin drops to 5-4 on the season. The Bears host Monticello (Monticello, GA) to meet the Hurricanes in a 8-AA test on Tuesday, March 20. The Hurricanes come into the test with a record of 0-4. Monticello lost 10-0 in their recent league test against Putnam County (Eatonton, GA)
