In Thursday's league outing, the Millard West Wildcats (Omaha, NE) basketball squad felled the host Omaha Northwest Huskies (Omaha, NE), by a margin of 72-53.

The Wildcats (13-8) will now prepare for their outing against Lincoln Southwest (Lincoln, NE). The Silver Hawks go into the non-league outing with a 6-15 record. In their last outing, Lincoln Southwest was beaten by Omaha Central (Omaha, NE), 47-27, in a non-league outing.
