The Needham Rockets lacrosse team scored 16 points and limited the host Brookline Warriors to 5 in the Rockets league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rockets (6-3) will now prepare for their game against Wellesley (Wellesley, MA). The Raiders enter the Bay State game with a 10-1 record. In their last battle, Wellesley was overwhelmed by Cohasset (Cohasset, MA), 10-9, in a non-league battle.

The Warriors now own a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Norwood for a Bay State battle on Thursday, May 3. Brookline will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 16-8 league loss to Milton (Milton, MA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-5.
