October 12, 2012: Burlington, WA 98233 The Lynden Lions football squad scored 34 points and restricted the host Burlington-Edison Tigers to 7 in the Lions league victory on Friday.
The Lions now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ferndale for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest battle on Friday, October 19. Lynden will play a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 48-0 league win over Bellingham (Bellingham, WA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 7-0.
