September 29, 2018: Jackson, MS 39211 The Tennessee School for the Deaf Vikings football team (Knoxville, TN), was ripped 48-6 in Saturday's league challenge with the host Mississippi School for the Deaf Bulldogs (Jackson, MS)
The Bulldogs (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Louisiana School for the Deaf (Baton Rouge, LA). The War Eagles come into the Mason-Dixon (8 Man) challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Louisiana School for the Deaf trounced Oklahoma School for the Deaf (Sulphur, OK), 48-20, in a non-league challenge.
The Vikings now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Georgia School for the Deaf for a Mason-Dixon (8 Man) challenge on Saturday, October 6. Tennessee School for the Deaf will meet a Tigers team coming off a 44-22 league win over North Carolina School for the Deaf (Morganton, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 1-3.
