California High School Basketball - Eagle Rock holds off Franklin
January 9, 2013: Los Angeles, CA 90041 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Eagle Rock Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Franklin Panthers (Los Angeles, CA), saw Eagle Rock's basketball squad hold off Franklin by a count of 48-44.
With the victory, Eagle Rock upgrades its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Eagles host Wilson (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Mighty Mules in a Northern challenge on Wednesday, January 16. The Mighty Mules come into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Wilson lost 61-43 in their recent league challenge against Franklin (Los Angeles, CA)
Next up, the Panthers play the Wilson Mighty Mules (Los Angeles, CA) in a Northern challenge, on Friday, January 11. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Mighty Mules come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 50-40 league loss to Marshall (Los Angeles, CA).
