Oregon High School Basketball - Yakama Tribal falls to Riverside
December 6, 2008: Boardman, OR 97818 The Riverside Pirates basketball team scored 38 points and held the visiting Yakama Tribal Eagles to 22 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Pirates now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stanfield for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 9. Riverside will confront a Tigers team coming off a 39-24 non-league win over Wallowa (Wallowa, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 3-0.
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Dufur (Dufur, OR). The Rangers enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Dufur lost by Columbia (White Salmon, WA), 63-44, in a non-league contest.
