Oregon High School Volleyball - Corbett tips North Marion
September 27, 2008: Aurora, OR 97002 Corbett Cardinals (Corbett, OR) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host North Marion Huskies (Aurora, OR), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Cardinals battle the Blanchet Catholic Cavaliers (Salem, OR) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 27. Corbett will attempt to better on its 15-3 season record. The Cavaliers come into the match with a 10-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Western Mennonite (Salem, OR).
With the loss, North Marion drops to 3-9 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Molalla (Molalla, OR) to battle the Indians in a 4A Capital match on Tuesday, September 30. The Indians come into the match with a record of 0-10. Molalla lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Philomath (Philomath, OR)
