The South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA) football felled the visiting Wooster Colts (Reno, NV), 24-8 in Friday's league battle.

The Vikings now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Dayton for a IA Northern battle on Friday, October 9. South Tahoe will play a Dust Devils squad coming off a 40-0 league loss to Lowry (Winnemucca, NV). The Dust Devils record now stands at 0-6.

Coming up next, the Colts play the Fernley Vaqueros (Fernley, NV) in a IA Northern battle, on Friday, October 9. Wooster will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Vaqueros go into the battle with a 5-1 record after their 26-14 league loss to Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV).
