Lincoln Lancers (Denver, CO) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Aurora Central Trojans (Aurora, CO), 108-105 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Lincoln upgrades its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Lancers host Kennedy (Denver, CO) to play the Commanders in a 5A/4A Denver Prep bout on Monday, January 25. The Commanders come into the bout with a record of 7-7.

Next up, the Trojans play the Hinkley Thunderbirds (Aurora, CO) in a 5A/4A Skyline battle, on Friday, January 22. Aurora Central will attempt to improve on its 9-6 season record.
