New York High School Football - Kennedy beat New Utrecht
September 14, 2018: Bronx, NY 10463 The Kennedy Knights football squad scored 22 points and restricted the visiting New Utrecht Utes to 12 in the Knights league victory on Friday.
The Knights now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canarsie for a PSAL City battle on Friday, September 21. Kennedy will play a Chiefs squad coming off a 28-14 league loss to Lehman (Bronx, NY). The Chiefs record now stands at 1-1.
Coming up next, the Utes play the Port Richmond Raiders (Staten Island, NY) in a PSAL City battle, on Saturday, September 22. New Utrecht will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Raiders enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 27-0 league win over Truman (Bronx, NY).
