North Carolina High School Softball - Porter Ridge bounces North Mecklenburg
May 14, 2014: Indian Trail, NC 28079 Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting North Mecklenburg Vikings (Huntersville, NC), 11-1 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Porter Ridge moves its record to 23-1 on the year. The Pirates travel to Davie (Mocksville, NC) to clash with the War Eagles in a non-league game on Saturday, May 17. The War Eagles come into the game with a record of 17-7. Davie won 4-3 in their recent non-league game against Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC)
