Washington, DC High School Football - St. Albans drops to Severn
September 20, 2014: Washington, DC 20016 In Saturday's non-league game, the Severn Admirals (Severna Park, MD) football team knocked off the host St. Albans Bulldogs (Washington, DC), by a final score of 28-7.
The Admirals (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Archbishop Curley (Baltimore, MD). The Friars come into the MIAA B game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, Archbishop Curley toppled Caravel (Bear, DE), 34-14, in a non-league game.
The Bulldogs now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Paul VI for a non-league game on Friday, September 26. St. Albans will play a Panthers squad coming off a 42-13 non-league loss to Landon (Bethesda, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 1-3.
