In Friday's non-league match, the host Coronado Thunderbirds basketball team scored a good 51-32 triumph over the Calhoun Sandcrabs.

In their next game, the Thunderbirds confront the Jefferson Mustangs (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 6. Coronado will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record.
