October 1, 2016: Center Line, MI 48015 In Saturday's non-league game, the Lakeview Huskies (St. Clair Shores, MI) football team were victorious over the host Center Line Panthers (Center Line, MI), by a score of 39-8.
The Huskies (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Clawson (Clawson, MI). The Trojans come into the Macomb Area - Silver game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Clawson knocked off New Haven (New Haven, MI), 21-0, in a non-league game.
The Panthers now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Haven for a Macomb Area - Bronze game on Friday, October 7. Center Line will meet a Rockets team coming off a 21-0 non-league loss to Clawson (Clawson, MI). The Rockets record now stands at 3-3.
