In Friday's non-league outing, the Waldron Mohawks (Waldron, IN) basketball squad felled the host Triton Central Tigers (Fairland, IN), by a margin of 71-58.

The Mohawks (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Edinburgh (Edinburgh, IN). The Lancers go into the Mid-Hoosier outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Edinburgh was beaten by Oldenburg Academy (Oldenburg, IN), 65-47, in a non-league outing.
