Kentucky High School Football - Graves County succumbs to Warren Central
September 29, 2006: Bowling Green, KY 42101 Warren Central Dragons (Bowling Green, KY) supporters exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they observed their football squad thwart the visiting Graves County Eagles (Mayfield, KY), 39-14 in a league challenge.
The Dragons now hold a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenwood for a 4A District 1 challenge on Friday, October 13. Warren Central will clash with a Gators squad coming off a 37-20 league loss to Graves County (Mayfield, KY). The Gators record now stands at 2-6.
With the defeat, Graves County moves to 5-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY) to clash with the Gators in a 4A District 1 challenge on Friday, October 6. The Gators go into the challenge with a record of 2-5. Greenwood lost 69-35 in their recent league challenge against Christian County (Hopkinsville, KY)
