The Hamlin Pied Pipers basketball team (Hamlin, TX), was overwhelmed 78-39 in Friday's league battle with the host Stamford Bulldogs (Stamford, TX)

The Bulldogs now possess a 24-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roscoe for a 2A Region I District 7 battle on Monday, February 15.

The Pied Pipers (6-10) will now prepare for their battle against Albany (Albany, TX). The Lions come into the 2A Region I District 7 battle with a 12-2 record. In their last battle, Albany trounced Anson (Anson, TX), 59-33, in a league battle.
