Millington Central Trojans (Millington, TN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the host Fairley Bulldogs (Memphis, TN), 42-30 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Millington Central upgrades its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Germantown (Germantown, TN) to play the Red Devils in a non-league bout on Sunday, December 28. The Red Devils come into the bout with a record of 0-8. Germantown lost 51-38 in their recent non-league bout against Evangelical Christian (Cordova, TN)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Carver Cobras (Memphis, TN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 5. Fairley will attempt to upgrade on its 8-1 season record. The Cobras come into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 47-36 non-league loss to Memphis Northside (Memphis, TN).
