In Thursday's league game, the Waller Bulldogs (Waller, TX) football team knocked off the host Spring Woods Tigers (Houston, TX), by a final score of 32-13.

The Bulldogs (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Magnolia (Magnolia, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 5A Region III District 19 game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Magnolia was dropped by Stratford (Houston, TX), 44-21, in a league game.

The Tigers now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tomball Memorial for a 5A Region III District 19 game on Friday, October 2. Spring Woods will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 34-14 league loss to Brenham (Brenham, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.
