Florida High School Football - Leto succumbs to East Bay
August 25, 2006: Tampa, FL 33614 East Bay Indians (Gibsonton, FL) supporters exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they observed their football squad thwart the host Leto Falcons (Tampa, FL), 47-26 in a non-league challenge.
The Indians now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Riverview for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 1. East Bay will clash with a Sharks squad coming off a 28-7 non-league win over Newsome (Lithia, FL). The Sharks record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Leto moves to 0-1 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Bloomingdale (Valrico, FL) to clash with the Bulls in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 1. The Bulls go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Bloomingdale lost 35-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Plant (Tampa, FL)
