In Thursday's league test, the host Mounds View Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a tight 16-9 victory over the Forest Lake Rangers.

The Mustangs now have a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodbury for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 22. Mounds View will face a Royals squad coming off a 11-4 non-league loss to St. Thomas Academy (Mendota Heights, MN). The Royals record now stands at 2-8.

In their next game, the Rangers face the Grand Rapids Thunderhawks (Grand Rapids, MN) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 19. Forest Lake will attempt to move on its 1-12 season record.
