Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Aliquippa crushes Lincoln

December 14, 2018: Ellwood City, PA 16117

Aliquippa Quips (Aliquippa, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lincoln Wolverine (Ellwood City, PA), 72-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Aliquippa upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Quips host Lincoln Park Performing Arts (Midland, PA) to clash with the in a WPIAL 3A 1 bout on Tuesday, December 18. The go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Lincoln Park Performing Arts won 69-40 in their recent league bout against Riverside (Ellwood City, PA)

Next up, the Wolverine clash with the New Brighton Lions (New Brighton, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 1 bout, on Tuesday, December 18. Lincoln will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 59-41 league loss to Beaver Falls (Beaver Falls, PA).
