New Jersey High School Basketball - Montclair Kimberley Academy thwarts University
February 5, 2011: Montclair, NJ 07042 The Montclair Kimberley Academy Cougars (Montclair, NJ) basketball felled the visiting University Phoenix (Newark, NJ), 62-48 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Cougars (17-1) will now prepare for their test against Cedar Grove (Cedar Grove, NJ). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 2-12 record.
The Phoenix now own a 14-4 record. They take the field next when they host Tech for a Super Essex - Liberty test on Tuesday, February 8. University will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 62-42 league loss to West Orange (West Orange, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 3-15.
