Washington High School Football - Liberty succumbs to Lind-Ritzville
September 8, 2006: Lind, WA 99341 Lind-Ritzville Bulldogs (Lind, WA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they observed their football squad thwart the visiting Liberty Lancers (Spangle, WA), 24-14 in a league challenge.
The Bulldogs now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Selkirk for a 2B Northeast challenge on Friday, September 15. Lind-Ritzville will clash with a Rangers squad coming off a 33-0 league loss to Republic (Republic, WA). The Rangers record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Liberty moves to 1-1 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Wellpinit (Wellpinit, WA) to clash with the Redskins in a 2B Northeast challenge on Friday, September 15. The Redskins go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Wellpinit lost 34-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Kittitas (Kittitas, WA)
