Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Greater Johnstown Trojans (Johnstown, PA) and the host Southmoreland Scotties (Alverton, PA), saw Greater Johnstown's basketball squad overcome Southmoreland by a score of 38-21.

With the victory, Greater Johnstown improves its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Trojans host Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA) to play the Red Devils in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Central Cambria lost 58-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Bellwood-Antis (Bellwood, PA)
