October 9, 2008: Byers, CO 80103 The Byers Bulldogs (Byers, CO) volleyball overcame the visiting Stratton Eagles (Stratton, CO), 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.
With the win, Byers upgrades its record to 3-11 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Frontier Academy (Greeley, CO) to face the Wolverines in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 14. The Wolverines go into the outing with a record of 6-11. Frontier Academy won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Campion Academy (Loveland, CO)
The Eagles now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Flagler for a 2A/1A Union Pacific outing on Friday, October 10. Stratton will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Hi-Plains (Seibert, CO). The Panthers record now stands at 11-5.
