The Linsly Cadets (Wheeling, WV) football edged the visiting Western Reserve Devils (Berlin Center, OH), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Cadets face the Meadowbrook Colts (Byesville, OH) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 19. Linsly will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record.
